Ad Service Policy

As a condition to your use of the Spedia services, you warrant to Spedia that you will not use Spedia for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use. In addition, you may not link through Spedia any site containing unlawful or inappropriate materials. You cannot:

1. Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

2. Download, publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.

3. Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity, or other proprietary rights, unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents (e.g., you may not upload "warez" or pirated software).

4. Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may or are intended to damage the operation of another's computer (e.g., "cracks" or other programs written to defeat the security measures of any computer, system or programs).

5. Conduct or forward illegal contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.

6. Download, publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

7. Falsify, delete or alter any material, author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of material contained in a file that is uploaded via Spedia.

8. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Spedia reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review the materials posted on your web sites and on the established links on your site and in its sole discretion to request removal of certain materials, or has the right to terminate your account and service. Spedia reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. Spedia reserves the right to terminate or change its service at anytime.
