Payment
Policy
Spedia.com,
Inc. disburses payments to members on a monthly basis. Members
can request payments by clicking on the Request Payment button
that will automatically appear on the balance page once the
account balance reaches $30.
If the account balance is less than $30, members can still
request payments by sending an email to customer service.
In that case, due to the high overhead associated with custom
payment processing, members will incur a service fee of $30.
If the membership is terminated or canceled for any reason,
the member will forfeit all accumulated balances and other
bonuses. The member is solely responsible for any taxes on
the payments. No more than one ad point can be accumulated
for every minute of usage of Spedia service from one and the
same user. Accumulated ad points shall have no cash value
and the member shall have no property rights or other legal
interests in ad points or any referral ad points. Spedia reserves
the right to cancel or otherwise change the terms applicable
to the Spedia program and its payment policy at any time without
further obligation, except as provided by law.
Spedia.com,
Inc. reserves the right to withhold or suspend payments for
points earned from a specific advertiser should that advertiser
fail to make payment to Spedia, or otherwise violate any of
the advertiser's obligations or commitments to Spedia.
Update
for Inactive Members
All inactive members' accounts will be automatically terminated
on May 31, 2002. Inactive members are those members that have
not used the Spedia services and were not granted ad points
for SpediaBar and/or Spedia Programs for three months or more.
Inactive members can choose to request a payment for their
outstanding account ad point balance prior to May 31, 2002.
Members, who have account balance of less than $30, will receive
ten (10) per cent of the outstanding account balance in lue
of the total balance, subject to shipping and handling fees.
Members who wish to take advantage of this, have to print

after 5 pm PST on May 31, 2002 will be considered invalid
and will be discarded.
